ALL IN

I want my team to win. Always. 🏆

One key to a winning team? The players have to be ALL in. 🎯

What that means to me has taken many different forms over the years in my work experience.

When I worked as an ER Clerk working overnights while going to school, that meant that I wanted to gather the healthcare team (doctors, nurses, radiology techs, lab techs, etc.) as efficiently as possible to give patients the best care. This was a great opportunity to see a winning team at work. I was all in. ✅

While working at my very first job as a Legal Assistant, my contribution to the team meant learning everything possible so that I not only knew my job inside and out, I could stand in for others. My goal was to be able to help anyone within the firm, if and when asked. I not only wanted my attorney to be able to count on me, I wanted the entire firm to be successful. I was all in. ✅

While working in my most recent role as a litigation paralegal, my attitude was the same as it was at my first law firm, my contributions to the team were just different. I had the opportunity to work within several different teams at my last firm - whether it was working directly with my Legal Assistant to create the most efficient processes to keep cases moving forward, working with my attorneys (and their teams) to provide the best possible experience for our clients from the beginning of a case all the way through trial, or working side by side with my fellow paralegals, there were so many team opportunities. I was all in. ✅

Now that I’ve started my own business, I have the opportunity to work side by side with talented legal professionals (my new team) on a wide variety of projects. I am able to utilize my experience and knowledge to help them move their practices forward with project-based work, hiring assistance, consulting and more. I am all in. ✅

While my team has looked different with each experience, my commitment to my team and wanting my team to win remains unchanged.

I am all in. ✅
